Watercolor images of the Susquehanna produced both en plein air and in the studio are being painted of the Susquehanna and its surrounding landforms and structures. Many of the paintings have been created as a result of canoe trips; each of those includes an eagle or heron and a canoe, kayak, or fishing boat. While the three women paint on the river islands, Peggy’s husband, Dave Davidson canes antique canoe seats with reeds soaked in the Susquehanna’s waters.
